At Petal Haus, every floral arrangement is carefully created using fresh flowers selected specially for each order.

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered.

If you receive flowers that are damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@petalhaus.ae with your order details and photos. Our team will review the request and assist you.

Please note that flowers are natural products and slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur depending on seasonal availability.
